Frequently asked questions
Can I switch plans later?
Yes. You can upgrade or downgrade at any time. When upgrading, you will be prorated for the remainder of your billing cycle. When downgrading, the change takes effect at the end of your current billing period.
Is there a contract or commitment?
No. All plans are month-to-month (or year-to-year if you choose annual billing). You can cancel at any time with no penalties.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex) processed securely through Stripe. Annual plans can also be paid via invoice.
What happens when my trial ends?
After your 14-day trial, you can choose to subscribe to a paid plan or automatically fall back to the Free tier. No charges without your explicit consent.
Do I need special hardware?
Gridline works on any modern tablet or computer. For card payments, we support Stripe Terminal readers (BBPOS WisePad 3, Stripe Reader S700). No proprietary hardware lock-in.
Is my data secure?
Absolutely. All data is encrypted at rest and in transit. We are PCI DSS compliant for payment processing. Enterprise plans include SOC 2 compliance documentation and SSO.
